A. Scott Enterprises was incorporated in 1989 under Tighe & Neil Scott to satisfy the need for quality land development. The Scott's heritage includes our father, Amelio Scott, who was in the Garment Business and our uncle who was a Penn DOT engineer. We continue their pursuit of excellence throughout all facets of our company.

A. Scott Enterprises original project encompassed the land development of Mary’s Mountain Estates in our hometown of Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania. These majestic estates are nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and are a beautify testament of the superiority in development that A. Scott Enterprises convey.

A. Scott Enterprises evolved throughout the years and accomplished many extraordinary projects including the extensive reconstruction of the Gouldsboro, Pennsylvania “Klondike Dam”.
